I think there are a few ways one could go about it.

A possessed piece of martial arts equipment is the easiest, but a more complex idea would be a fighting type first stage pokemon that has to learn grudge, then faint. After the battle is over, if it is still KO'd, it will evolve into a ghastly, zombie-like adult form of itself.

Snowman that's perpetually melting due to coal buttons and perpetually freezing due to ice (Snowmelt)

>Rock/Electric
A stegosaurus. Spines are plug ins to outlets. (Electrosaurus)

Tiki (Tikyre), pepper (Groville), or burning wood (Stumpyre)

Hearth spirit, inspired by the domovoi. First stage is a runty little thing that carries around a ladle to whack things with, final stage ends up a bit more collected and butler-like to stick to the household spirit theme.

Unfortunately, we JUST got a koala, but still. Rather than simply going with the "plant on fire" approach, it'd be nice to see something inspired by, say, eucalyptus trees and their ridiculous flammability. An easy option would be a plantified koala bear that stores and spits the flammable oils.

For fight/fairy, I propose that there aught to be a "combat medic" pokemon. a pokemon that goes out of its way to defend helpless pokemon from danger so it can nurse them back to health.

I'm picturing something bunny or ferret like, but I don't care enough to sketch something up.
