It's not a children's game. There is so many depth and strategic moves to Pokémon games once you delve into the mysteries of mega evolution and your bonds with your Pokemon.

Probably not ever for drugs because Japan is pretty hard on drugs. However, Alcohol is more okay by the Japanese but I don't see that happening because children are one of the two main demographics of Pokemon.
