Sun and Moon needs more homolust. Too many girls.

I think a lot of people are forgetting the initial reason XY had so much hype behind it is because it felt like it was the writers way of redeeming the anime after BW. The phrase was, "It gave us hope."

XY felt like the successor to DP and that the writers were finally going to, "do things right" this time around. We thought Ash would finally win a league to make up for the baclash to Tobias and BW's reboot and Cameron...and all the signs were aligned but Ash still lost again anyway. Plus you had Serena's endgame crush making it seem like this could potentially wrap up Ash.

But now all that went nowhere, and Sun/Moon looks to be another reboot of sorts. Even if Ash isn't completely stupid, he's designed to look much younger and the show more comedic. Basically all of XY will felt like it didn't matter.

That's the sad part. 20 years. Even what we watched from AG and DP after the OS has been affected by this. I wanted my time spent watching the anime to be justified, with a proper conclusion.
