I don't know what you're confused on specifically so I'll just point that that babies come out in the same pokeballs as their mother assuming its not a male/ditto parent combo. Exception being the master/cherish ball.

As such, some people breed for Pokemon to be in certain matching malls such as having Salamence's be in great balls.

I just found out that if you transfer Pokemon from BW and leave them in the transfer box but then transfer another bunch without moving the ones that were still in the box, they are deleted.
