All we really know is it's bulkier, has Counter, and worse primary abilities. But what about the rest of it's stats? It's speed? Hidden abilities?

What if this thing ends up getting Tough Claws as a hidden ability, has a high HP stat, good Attack, access to Sucker Punch and 90+ Speed? All totally 100% feasible, and that would make this thing pretty god damn beastly, easily able to compete in OU. On the other hand, what if it has high HP and Attack, no priority or hidden abilities, and a ponderously slow Speed stat? It'd be another to add to the list of slow, shitty Rock types. And again, totally possible.

We just don't know. Lack of information isn't confirmation of lack of susbtance.
