It's a TPCi dub, my friend, they have done shitty dubs for the last decade so you shouldn't have high expectations there. The only decent dub they've put out since taking over Pokemon dubs is Origins so far.

Agatha, Lance, and Giovanni have the shittiest dub voices in Generations so far, that being said, and some of the dialogue is just..."Hurry up and come!" along with all of them saying "Pok-uh-mon" was bleh.

Episode 1 was shit, 2 was good, and 3 was meh so far, to me.
