Question for other MM people, do you reset game after each batch or box each batch?

Feels like time wise it's much more efficient to reset since you don't have to clear out boxes eventually.
Only problem is that if you don't pay attention you might miss the shiny and restart it away.

One saves time the other saves O-Power. If you reset your O-Power is infinite but if you hatch then release it's faster since you don't have to wait for the game to start up, do the intro select your save then load game.
