Male only lacked in the hair department, otherwise there were plenty of options for clothing, most of them were tacky as shit but they were there.
Dressing up as a villain is dumb, but I wouldn't mind if they added them as side quest content.

That doesn't make it good. Thankfully you can dye clothes in SM which should decrease the amount of recolors.
