I don't know why people act like version exclusives even matter anymore.

It's incredibly easy to get things on the GTS if you put up a reasonable, equivalent trade, and if nothing else you can find somebody in /wfg/ that will hook you up.

It is nice to be able to catch them yourself without hassle, or use them on a run without having to trade, breed a new one, or jump through hoops.

For pokedex purposes it's easy, but it is still something to consider.
