20-25 alolan forms

I think Alolans are meant to count. Even though they're not brand new, at least some of them have new models, they all have new animations (including in Refresh as seen with A-Vulpix), and they likely have new stats, movepools, egg moves, etc. For GF that's almost as much work as something that's brand new. They're certainly more time consuming internally that Megas, probably.
