So, my 9 yo nephew just got interested in Pokemon after playing Go. He then wanted to play main Pokemon games, so I let him play pokemon X in my hacked 3ds.
Long story short, I have to teach him from scratch about Pokemon (and since english is not our native language, he almost doesn't understand any of the conversation). It is hard af to teach him. So now I get it why GameFreak casualized Pokemon so hard lately because the learning curve for newcomers are so steep that it has to be made easier.
>Tl;dr if you whine about Pokemon being too easy, just BTFO already because you're not in Pokemon main target anymore.

read the entire thing, faggot
>waahhh waahhhh pokemon is not your target anymore pokemon is for kids and kids only
>what is pokemon go
>what are the marketing materials that nintendo used focused solely on grownups and banking nostalgia
>what are the tie-ups they're trying to do between Go and Sun/Moon to get more shekels
Your nephew is genuinely just retarded. My little sister had no problem picking up XY with basically no help from me.
Get the 'native language' version retard

I figured out the games at a younger age than your nephew (I was 7 when I got blue), you're pretty much just saying that GF lowered the bar so that subhumans can play the games and he still needs you to hold his hand and you somehow think this is OK.
