No, mega sharpedo is on the trailers and mega t-tar in promotional art but its not clear if we are getting new megas or not

We just had a thread about megas being confirmed in SM this morning and we have known they'd be in since April. That being said there are most likely no new ones.

That wasn't mega sharpedo, that was a ridable sharpedo. I haven't seen the M-Tar art though.

But yeah, as much as I would like them to not bring megas into S/M they'll be here. GF will not leave behind pokemon forms.

The story for megas is complete and there's really nothing else to say about them. I'm sure the current ones will return, but won't be in the spotlight like Z-Moves will be.

Some people say that Megas are only a post game thing, whether there are new Megas or not is a mystery. Others think that they have been removed from the game, which sounds weird to me since it was a huge feature. We're all suprised that they haven't shown a single Mega so far in-game or as a reveal.

Which is a shame because it seemed like they were building up to some important connection to Deoxys.
Then again, Mega Deoxys would probably be even more op than Mega Rayquaza, so it's possibly for the best.
