we have more than its description already. it's a rock type with two shit abilities and access to one of the worst moves in the game.

Even fucking Sharpedo, which has no bulk whatsoever, can take an Outrage from Arcanine. Barely, but it can.

It took around 60% damage, assuming they're both neutral nature and uninvested, it could have bulk as shitty as 70HP/70Def and still take that hit.
