With my job, i never really get the chance to do anything with my hair(besides washing it) while growing it out.

This is because while they aren't the most restrictive on male hair length, I know they will end up asking me to get it trimmed/cut if once it gets a bit past my shoulders. One year, this happened twice, a little over 3 months apart(I didn't get it cut as short at that time).

Because of that, I get it cut very short every 11 or so months. To hell with having to go out to bumfuck Egypt just to get my hair cut every few months.
