I mean...There are Alolan Pre-evos...maybe they just didn't officially reveal all of the pre-evos to match the already revealed fully evolved ones.
...that said, to counter my own argument, didn't they show an original poke evolving into its Alolan form in a trailer? I feel like that happened and I need a reminder of what that was.

While I'm perfectly ok with regular cube evolving into alolan marrowak, I have to say that regular exeggcute evolving into alolan exeggutor makes much more sense since it's supposed to be exeggutor's true form.
