Not sure about on the 3DS but for sure it's the save format that pkhex can normally read.

GPU does shit all, CPU single core performance is the most important. Since my game runs at 130% speed in battle and if the map isn't complicated it's usually quite playable yours should be better than mine in ORAS kek.

You're wrong. RAM speed does affect the performance of Emulators. Just OC it and you will see a performance bump.

I just tested it with my shitty CPU.
The results are

Can somebody stoop to the level of a retard for a sec and explain how to actually install this?

I have no experience with programming or whatever at all so I don't know where to go from downloading the latest zip. I assume I have to compile a program? I don't know how to do that though, apparently github projects usually provide instructions but this one obviously doesn't.

Extract the zip, double click citra-qt-gcc-jit-sse3-12.exe and select the rom (which you have placed in the folder or just drag your rom onto the exe)
