i do not even think arceus may be as powerful as it is depicted, it certainly is not almighty (if you dont go by the 1000 arms theory), it has the power to create universes and is incredibly strong, but beat- and killable. Arceus died in the movie (which is arguably not canon), but was revived by power of hope and friendship and blah blah. If we go by that logic arceus could definitely be bested, but by whom?

If the sun instantly turned into a black hole right now it wouldn't even budge the Earth. In fact, it would make the Earth survive billions of years longer than it currently will, since black holes are much more stable than a star.
