Because the genres portrayed are supposed to be kind of unnerving, maybe. Red Fog was supposed to be a horror movie wasn't it?

Ya know, it's amazing just how much stuff the BW/BW2 games were able to pull off. And I like the creepy factor on the Red Fog stuff, it feels like I'm going through a creepy pasta. It shows they weren't afraid to go through with this stuff and knew children wouldn't find it all that creepy and gave them a chance to venture in this kind of scenario.

If you hack them in yes, but they'll turn into Bad Eggs the moment you do so much as anything with them. Walk one step, deposit them, etc.
