When searching in the GTS, before you select what you want to search for, press 'options' at the bottom and select 'don't include'. The Autism will be filtered for you

Age restrictions have low enforcement potential, that's just how it is.

You're probably not wrong in that if the GTS were adult-only then it wouldn't be choked with those kinds of trades, but it's just not doable.

There just needs to be stronger filtering tools.
