I have some questions about the bubblestrat. I can't find many cp10 guys since I'm level 26, but I have a few weedles and pidgeys and a cp10 magikarp with struggle and splash. It says splash does 0 damage yet it still takes down 1/5 of my other cp10 Pokemon's health per battle, so when I out it in a gym I'm still using potions. I thought you weren't supposed to get hurt at all with this method? I can deal eith only getting 500 per battle instead of 1k. But I wish it didn't require any potions.

Also, how much is the gym going down when someone kills my magikarp? I'm assuming not much, since probably nobody is fighting it with a cp10 guy and my Karp has stayed in for almost an entire day. So wouldn't the most efficient gym essentially be a lvl 10 with nothing but cp10 guys? Unless you get some huge bonus for rolling over every guy in a gym.

Only blastoise falls short of being the 2nd/3rd best of his type, mainly due to vaporeon/lapras/poliwrath/gyrarados.

Venusaur is outclassed by Vileplume and Victreebel, both of which are much easier to come by. And Exeggutor outclasses all of them by a lot.

Charizard is outclassed by Arcanine and Flareon, and both of them are easy to come by as well.

Charizard is better than Flareon dude and it depends on where you live on whether you see more growlithe than charmander.

They don't need a "buff" they need a spawn increase, just like the basic fossil pokemon and things like lickitung/tangela/porygon.

It pisses me off that certain pokemon are "rare" to hatch from eggs, it should be equal chance to hatch everything from their respective egg, I shouldn't be drowning in meowths and venonat while never hatching certain pokemon.

Also fuck Onix, my last 5 10km eggs have gone like this:

You asked for Vile and Victree. I use a 2500 Exeggcutor as my main grass, I also have some Venasaurs and 2400 raw evolved Exeggcutors which I use as backups.

Keep everything you've walked since the game is keeping track of which Pokemon you've walked and how much. This means they might implement a friendship or loyalty reward for having those Pokemon later. As soon as I get the 40 Porygon candy I need, I'm going to start walking Golbat for Gen II in case friendship evolution is a thing.

Charizard really can't be lumped in with the other Fire types because of its dual typing and the fact that its preferred quick attack is Wing Attack. That is a really beneficial move because it hits Waters and Dragons for neutral (And Poliwrath for super effective) while hitting everything that Fire already hits for super effective besides Electrics, which suck, and Steels, which there's only one of in the game. So it makes for a better gym defender than something like a subpar Bite/Flamethrower Arcanine.

Do you guys think evolutions are always gonna be by candy? I want to see different methods of evolution, so far they've already killed evolution stones

Hi guys, I have a problem. After the new update I haven't been able to play even though I haven't rooted my phone (or I think I haven't, I just don't freaking now what a root is so...).I have done my research but I haven't found a solution. I downloaded ES File Explorer cause I saw somewhere that I it would do it but the instructions in that web didn't work (maybe the instructions were incomplete...don't freking know). The loading screen something like "this OS is not compatible with Pokemon Go.

Have you exhausted all your resources? I have traveled to more than 20 different cities in order to complete my Pokedex and farm specific Pokemon. It took me a while to find good farming spots. If you guys play in the same area every day, you can't complain about not having certain Pokemon except lack of information or community aid. I know California is better off than most places but my town is super fucked as far as diversity goes. I have to make 10-30 trips by car(one way so double that) if I want to go to a specific Pokemon's habitat so don't tell me I have it easy; I just put more time, money and effort.

Some things are super fucked like not having access to any beach for Lapras or Dratinis but the reality is that unless you live in NYC, you need to travel.

We're talking about the company that declared the catch rate glitch a bug after half their userbase gave them 1 star reviews and then never fixed it, implemented the first throw Hail Mary glitch and again never fixed it, upped dodge and headbutt rates of wild pokemon, and made rare items even rarer drops from pokestops. I don't know what's so farfetched about them skewing the RNG for movesets. It's not even like there would be any serious consequences if it did come to light that they were doing it besides maybe losing a percentage of their players. They can literally come out and say "We skew the RNG on movesets to make it a bit more difficult to obtain perfect pokemon so the game doesn't get beaten too quickly" and nothing would happen. It's not like a real money gambling website where if it comes to light that they have unreliable RNG they get sued into oblivion.

Even if you had perfect IV's the amount of dust that would take to get it to a formidable level once you're in your mid 20s would be quite a lot. Also IVs don't really matter when the only form of pvp is actually player vs AI that attacks in preset intervals and can't dodge.
Save up ~60 evolutions, use a lucky egg, then do mass back to back evolves (it gives you double exp on everything) for maximum efficiency.

My Plus arrived today and I can't get it to connect at all.

1km eggmons give you candy every 1k, 5km eggmons are 3km per candy, 10km eggmons are 5km per candy. The three starters are an exception, as they come from 1km eggs but require 3km per candy.

Nice man it took me 2 to get that moveset. I just evolved my 3rd Venusaur last night and got Vine Whip/Solarbeam and along with my Victreebel I now have a sweet as fuck Grass squad.

Also I never said it was impossible to get a perfect moveset, if it was 100% foolproof it would be the easiest cheat to detect ever. Think of it like an RNG skew (if it even exists).

Every Eevee caught wild has a perfect Att stat so it's a lot easier to find a an Eevee with good IVs in the wild than other pokemon.

Got my Pokemon Go Plus today and went for a walk.

Overall impressions: device is massively overpriced the thing probably costs less than the Pokewalker.

It's useful though just to not have to have the app running though. Eggs hatch and stuff too.

if you don't catch a poke it automatically runs, so it will be interesting to see what the catch rate is with it.

It doesnt respond fast enough though, there's like a 4-5 second delay if you're near something so if you are driving and go past Pokestops really quick, I have a feeling you'll miss the Pokestop, not sure though.

I found the opposite actually, but I only went for a quick walk. It's better to look at the screen to see where the Pokestops are and spin them quickly, while Pokemon are hard to catch while walking.

You gotta try and throw the ball and shit while you are walking along, it's a pain in the ass if you are walking the dog or something at the same time. With this you just push the button when a Poke appears so yeah.

I don't know about defeating a rival but you get 1000 if your pokemon is less than half of the CP of the pokemon you're training on, and it scales linearly from matching to that number.

ie if you use a 750 pidgeot to train on a 1000 pinsir I BELIEVE you will get 500 points.

If you use a 2.5k vaporeon and kill a cp 10 weedle while training that's only 100 points, same with a cp 2000 flareon.

Yeah you got me there. I drive and downloaded the APK. That Golem isn't even all I've managed: 1 Lapras candy that gave me just enough to power it up once for a just over 2000 CP Lapras, about 4 or 5 Rhyhorn candies, and 1 Grimer candy.

10-40, usually 20 or 30. 10 minimum. Snorlax has been holding down a level 9 Instinct gym for about a week straight. Kind of annoying me because I leveled up recently and I have just enough candies to max out its CP again.
