I think the 3DS era pokemon games are fucking terrible. The 3D design and artwork is so bland and terrible. The world feels empty and hallow.

I miss the DS games. I think the developers should switch to a more 2d rendering of the world that way there's more room to make the world more attractive and colorful.

That's a terrible idea. They are practicing with 3D. Sun and moon look great. Imagine when gen 8 will look like.
