There is no general consensus because all that's left are filthy casuals that simply don't care.
As a rule of thumb, you should be open about it and not blindly assume everyone breeds with hacked parents,
things tend to get ugly if it gets out.

Personal opinion:
Breeding with hacked parents makes you a hypocrite and
you might as well just go and hack the result like the faggot you are.

well the dittos are hacked, plain and simple, theres no functional way to get a legitimate 6iv ditto without sitting in a safari for weeks on end, youre not gonna get a "legit" 6iv ditto and theres no way to bullshit your way out of the situation
that said, as far as the results go, as someone who has bred with both methods extensively. theres ZERO functional difference between a baby born form a genned 6iv ditto or a properly chained 5-6iv parent, even using external programs to read the trash bits, even if you actually know what youre looking at, you wont actually be able to tell the difference because while the ditto itself can be easily identified, the game treats it as a "legit" pokemon for breeding purposes and nothing about the baby is actually altered

my suggestion is that, if you feel the need to use one of these dittos because you have the option and dont like spending triple the amount of time chaining up a legit parent, SHUT UP ABOUT IT

I used to fold a little piece of paper and gently place it, but after so much time I just instinctively put the little piece underneath to breed and it had noticeable dented a very little. But now that I came back to breeding after few months I noticed the rubber was ripped and having anything underneath causes it to bulge out. I managed to put it on the extremity where it's not damaged and very gently put a folder piece of paper to push it upwards. Does walking make pokemon in your party friendlier? My guy's going around the resort with a cleffa that I want to evolve. Can Cleffa also fuck ditto? That's why I'm trying to evolve it. It seems it didn't want to do anything when I first left it.

walking does increase happiness, I lapped around the lumiose tower for several minutes with a soothe bell and befriending power and it worked out alright

cleffa is one of the baby pokémon so it can't breed directly

Afraid not; a not lazy, not retarded hacker can make Pokemon that are indistinguishable from originals.
The best you can do is use common sense; if a person offers you a pentaperfect Pokemon in EXACTLY the Pokeball you want and with the nature and moves you ask for, that's kinda suspicious, even more if they have it available minutes after you ask for it.

What exactly is your concern here?
If you are worried that it might be detected as hacked and break something then you are most likely in the clear; I haven't heard of people losing a save file over a hacked Pokemon.
If you are bothered by the idea of having a hacked Pokemon then a pentaperfect Legendary is a pretty suspicious thing in and of itself.
