This. The way I see it, you aren't supposed to use this guy as some sort of auto-Destiny Bond suicide lead. Unless they change the distribution this thing will be getting Toxic and Protect, and of course it'll be able to hold Leftovers. Toxic the foe and force them into a choice, kill the Pyukumuku and sack their own Pokemon or whittle it down and hope that you'll have the HP needed to kill Pyukumuku when the time comes. Of course there's several holes in this strategy (Toxic, Burn, Leech Seed, Hail, Sandstorm) but with the right stats it could make an effective stall.

Is this just for contact moves? Or all damage dealing moves?

It COULD be a huge threat that makes battles a lot more interesting IF THERE WASN'T ANY FUCKING TEAM PREVIEW, but GameFreak is completely stupid and added that shit because kids could think their game was bugged when a Zoroark pretended to be a Weezing and was immune to Psychic. Since they'll never remove team preview, it's just a gimmicky oh shit sacrifice in case you were playing while half-asleep.
