technically deoxys is not an alien pokemon, it was an alien virus and mutated into a pokemon once it got to the pokemon world. and theres nothing to suggest that the UBs dimension is higher than ours, just a different one.

The fact that deoxys tried to destroy the world with a meteor in episode delta makes it really on the same level of the UBs, so why is not as criticized like them?

Also, I loved Delta, if Sun and Moon have the same vibe I'll be very happy.

Going by the lore Dialga, Palkia and Giratina were all made in our universe before being sent to govern their respective elements or banished as it was in Giratina's case.
In other words they originated in our universe unlike the Ultra Beasts. Arceus is the only one that you can argue isn't a Pokemon because it existed prior to our universe.
