I think Gamestop would check if a game is fake before reselling it

I've literally seen screencaps of fakes sitting side by side on the shelf with real games at gamestop. Unless you buy new you pretty much always run the risk, just do your researcha nd know what to look for. At Gamestop if you save the receipt you can return it at least.

I personally ended up buying a fake Warioware touched cart from them. Sold it back and bought a different one at a later time. If you're nicier than young me you might warn them that it's fake.
