I've only replayed RB about two times, due to losing my cartridge. Yellow, I still have my original save on the dying cartridge.

GS, about three times, if I remember correctly. I used to do this a lot as a kid, and ended up losing a lot of good Pokemon because of it. Crystal I only played once, and then lost the cartridge.

RS twice, I think. Not one of my favorite gens, so I kept replays to a minimum. Never bought Emerald.

DP only once, because those games ran horribly. Platinum, maybe four times? I don't remember too well, but it's probably my favorite Pokemon game regardless. HGSS, three times, I think.

BW, more times than I can count. I've replayed these games more times than any, since it's a very easy gen to play through. BW2, twice.

XY and ORAS only once. Not much incentive to replay them.

Ruby a few times, Sapphire once or twice, Emerald once.
Then D/P/Pt, Black/White/B2/W2, X/Y all once.

Around Emerald I started actually working on Pokemon and collecting rares, so from there I would play each game once and use one as a main to build on.

Gen II - Prolly 10+ thru all 16 badges, Crystal is my favorite game
Gen III - Twice. Ran Blaziken first. Reset to Swampert and fell in love. Best starter. Think I still have the save.

Gen 1: Probably like 20 times total, RBYGSC, as well as Stadium and a few other spin-offs were the only games I owned until i got a gamecube
Gen 2: 10+, see above
Gen 3: 10+, Now I actually had other games, but still mostly just played Pokemon.
Gen 4: 10+, see gen 3
Gen 5: 10 again, this time its not an estimate, played White twice, Black once, White 2 twice, and Black 2 5 times.
Gen 6: 4 times. X, Y, Omega Ruby, and Alpha Sapphire once each.

I've played each gen at least a dozen times each. Some games, including some difficulty hacks or just minor changes, such as Fire Red, I've played countless times.

I played FRLG the most, but only because I was farming it for starters back in Gen 4.

RBY: Probably like 4 times
GSC: Probably about 7-10 times
RSE: Upwards of 30, 95% of those being Emerald
DPPt: Only played Platinum, beat it around 5 times
BW: Probably like 3 or 4 times
B2W2: 5 or 6 times
XY: 3 times

Homestly ive never deletd my save to replay any game

RB twice. Yellow thrice. Not sure on GS. Too many to count for Crystal or Gen 3. Three runs in DP. Five times in Platinum. Three times in HGSS. Three times in BW1. Only one BW2 run, though it's my favorite game, I just haven't gotten to another. Two XY runs. Only one ORAS run.

Or so my best guesses are.

I can't even remember, replaying them was a pastime of mine for at least a year. I know that in every playthrough except the ones where I used Torterra, my Infernape would end up replaced by Lucario.

I've played through twice, first time I lost about 16 levels of progress because I didn't save and got bored because of it, and the second time I got bored at the 8th gym

one time. It was probably my favorite playthrough of a Pokemon game ever. I learned that nu-Plasma can do absolutely nothing against Aggron, and Scrafty can beat Hydreigon in a battle. I nearly lost to the E4's Conkeldurr because I didn't know it had Guts or Stone Edge, and I stupidly had my Jellicent use Will-o-Wisp on it. My Scrafty missed Hi Jump Kick against Hugh 5 times in a row after not missing it for the entire game. That was "fun."
