Under these rules, I'm trying to find out the best team make up. Need to consider the three necessary HM (cut, strength, and surf) along with your un-evolve dstarter, which will have to be one of your 6 Pokemon. Also, the team needs to be able to actually win.
Also have to consider Pokemon that can learn multiple HMs so you can make room for weaker Pokemon to keep your BST down.
Anyone figure this out? Still trying to find the weakest Pokemon who can be used for HMs.

Diglette (Cut, 230 BST)
Squirtle (Surf and Strength, 250 BST)
Total: 1315 BST
Is this team even possible? It's hard remembering what Pokemon are available to teach HMs to.
