Quagsire for sure. I hate Quag personally, but they never freak out or get angry, sometimes ask or post cute pics because they can.

I also think Scrafty fans are pretty cool people normally, though not very vocal most of the time.

I don't think much about fanbases of unevolved 'mons unless they're seriously divisive like Goomy/Goodra or Dewott/Samurott. When people are a fan of a certain Pokemon they generally like the rest of the line as well.

That said, Tyranitar's fanbase is fine
