Why do Nintendo/GF/TPC keep using Corocoro to distribute Pokemon

it sounds pretty foolhardy to assume gamefreak aren't aware of corocoro's constant leaking though

it leaks like 24 hours ahead of the time when the magazine is actually available. if they really gave a shit they could just publish the information themselves to avoid the slight advancement in the reveal time.

but they want all of the people who are buying corocoro to look at OTHER game information to also see the pokemon information. their hope is that some of these people will consider buying the games.

Leaking a day or two from release isn't that bad. Not to mention, the information in CoroCoro typically isn't major news. And if it is major news, it's mostly hinted at and gets revealed in a proper trailer a week or two later.

Gamefreak, and CoroCoro, are probably more upset over people taking pictures of the magazine and uploading them than people leaking them. Loss of sales and what not.

Because they COUNT on being leaked :O
