Honestly, I'm pretty neutral when it comes to the overall Pokemon designs of each generation.

Gen 1 just had a lot of boring designs that I don't really like, Gen 5 had a lot of hit or miss designs and Gen 6 had a lot of good designs too but I personally didn't really feel them all that much.

Gen V, I only dislike maybe 20 designs out of it altogther. That's like 85% of them that I like.

As a whole, Gen 1 is still probably my favorite, but it's hard to ignore the nostalgia bias.

Gen 3 and 5 are damn close. And 7 looks great. I don't love every designs, but very few leave me indifferent. I like all the others. It could very well become my favorite of all.

I find most if not all of gen 3's mons interesting, also 4 of my top 5 favorites are from it. So gen 3.

5. 7 is looking good though. 5 has the most designs I like though no lie. I also liked 6, I only regret we didn't get more. Although most Megas look ass to me the original Pokemon are solid enough.
