Realistically and actually funnily enough, Guzma and Kukui were the ones who couldn't become Trial Captains. Only Pokemon we've seen with Guzma so far was Ariados, who's primary type is Poison. Only Pokemon we've seen with Kukui is Rockruff, who's Rock-type.

So those could be the missing types.
