It's not the hour that it's shifted,it's the Sun/Moon cycle.
Sun seems normal or something like 18 hours of light and 6 of night.
Moon seems just reversed.
That,i think,it has something to do with the box legendary that are messing with shit they shouldn't mess and when you catch them everything will return normal.
