Well, it's pretty much 99% known already, but I am a little disappointed. Would have been nice to have all Alola forms be full lines like Vulpix and Sandslash.

Probably. It'd make sense for Exeggcute from anywhere to turn into Alolan Exeggcutor, since that's just due to sunlight exposure.

I'd imagine the other two are similar, if more for programming reasons than logical ones like that. Plus it makes it easier for later games, since they can just flag certain areas as an 'Alola' zone where they can evolve into Alola forms, without needing to keep track of where it was originally from.
