Hadn't seen this talked about anywhere else but as a slave wage that's trying to play as much legion as possible I probably missed it if it was.
I think alola raichu was somehow created or evolved as a direct result of something aether did. So far its the only alola form that doesn't have some reasoning behind it and the only reasoning we got was a cop out about pancakes.
