I'm seriously not baiting, I chose chespin as my starter in X, and liked Chesnaught from the second I saw him. It's literally a mystery to me why people don't like him, and they never really explained why.

I definitely think the fact that I liked Chespin so much during the pre-release leaks & run-up contributed to the fact that I don't care for Chesnaught. I thought he'd be something different/better & got my hopes up for nothing.

I like it and have through and through. Chesbros have rallied for it for the longest while, and it's only been in recent months that the term Shitnaught has been thrown around, leading me to believe it's a vocal minority that came during leak season who continues this lashing out.

I do like it the most of the Kalos starters, but Greninja is pretty cool too.
