Your best bets would be tyranitar,which completely walls it.Rotom-w,which is resistant to both of its stab moves as well,and heatran+ancient power,which it cannot touch.Coincidentally,these 3 are a solid core on many teams

U-turn is quite rare right now, and Tyranitar can Pursuit trap on the U-Turn assuming he doesn't directly switch in. The real problem for Tyranitar is Will-O-Wisp, which is used by about half of Talonflames.

Use pursuit whenever you feel a u-turn is coming. Tyranitar will do more raw damage than talonflame everytime. Also set rocks, while you're at it, and talonflame basically cannot switch in anymore.

M-Aerodactyl and M-Diancie and Rock types that resist both of its STABs + U Turn. If Diancie Mega evolved already it's even immune to Will o Wisp shenanigans.
