Tomorrow seems like a good possibility because of the leak

Middle of October is probably a good bet because they can reveal more about the new stuff before going into post game

Or they could just leave it a surprise until the game is released

Any possibility sounds likely, they could just reveal it tomorrow and let everyone hype
