Wow does BW2 lack zones! Game is going strong still. Queen was playing with fire in Skyla's gym, it was a battle of speeds and OHKOs but luckily she came out on top.

Roxy does lots of damage but feels so fragile and hard to use because of it.

Peter/Timmy/Sammy are carrying the shit out of the game and can take on anything.

This is my team right now. I want to level up the two 30s but the best way to do that is just giving one exp share and having Stark pound the shit out of a flying/dragon breeder, which I already did with Babs which is why Stark is fucking level 50 when the next gym's highest is like 44. Not only that, but it's the DRAGON gym so my dude's gonna sweep that shit effortlessly.

IT FEELS LIKE I'M CHEATING BUT THERE'S NO OTHER WAY EVEN CLOSE TO THE EFFICIENCY, I NEED GUIDANCE.

Clay is fucking nasty, the most Important thing you can do is take out Krookodile on turn 1 so it can't set Sandstorm, and to take out Excadrill before it can get off a Swords Dance. Nidoking can be scary with it's Sheer Force/Life Orb set, but other than that he's not too scary. Eviolite Porygon 2 is gonna be your best friend here.

Jesus what a fucking fight, too bad obs had the wrong scene and recorded nothing (I've deleted all other scenes since then) I suffered 3 casualties today starting with Neffy who was perish songed from Pyrce's Lapras, I had an ace up my sleeve which was explosion but I played greedy and used Thunder expecting Lapras to get deleted, I was gravely mistaken.

Scamp did amazing against Pyce, more then I deserve of him, He took down Dewgong, Froslass and Abomasnow. Abomasnow was easy enough but Frosslass' Shadowbolt got him too close for comfort yet he prevailed, Then out came back Dewgong who was rested and scamp was about 40% hp. I used Thunderpunch but got parahaxed and I never took the sleep talk into consideration luckily he used rest twice and when he woke up he ended up selecting sleep talk and Scamp took him out finally. Wumbo Took care of Glalie pretty easily but he was still low enough where I had to switch out, Out came Mamoswine who was already at 40% hp from a previous engagement so I sent veronica to deal with him (80% hp). Veronica took a hit of hail and an EQ and was in the red zone for a moment but her drain punch healed her to 80% hp but that was still Lethal range for EQ and Hail so I recalled her and put Cuckles in her place. But bringing a rock/bug to an ice type gym wasn't the smartest idea soooo yeah...

Also At somepoint I can't recall I sent dr Dreidel out against Mamoswine (before Momoswine vs Veronica) and he got brought down to 8 hp, he dodged an EQ but those ice shards hit him hard.

Anyway So then it became Wumbo vs EQ machine and Wumbo was tanking thanks to hyper potions, and finally... after 10 thousand years Mamoswine uses stone edge so I hyper potioned Veronica and then next thing you know... Mamoswine used EQ right after I had thought he ran out of PP for it. That old fucker Baited me...

I got the Glacier badge... But was it worth it?

Welp anons, it's all over for me. I was overconfident, and I've paid the price.

I opened with Tristan, who was immediately one shot by a Flying Gem boosted Acrobatics from her Archeops, and things just wen downhill from there. I took out Archeops and Gliscor, but once her Togekiss came out there was nothing I could do, The thing was just too damn bulky.

RIP my bros, you didn't deserve to go out like this.

Not going to try again on this one, too much salt and I'll probably come back to finish it normally later, as I've never actually played through B2W2 and in spite of the bullshit I do find the increased difficulty enjoyable somehow. And in keeping in the theme of Nuzlocke-ing games I've never played, I'm thinking of doing either Sacred Gold/Storm Silver or Platinum, any other suggestions any anons want to throw out?

Is rigging your Nuzlocke to catch a certain Pokemon cheating?

For example, Basculin, Poliwhirl, and Dratini are the only 3 Pokemon to show up on Route 21. If I go out of my way to make sure that I have a Basculin and Poliwhirl in my PC so I can only catch a Dratini (dupes clause), is that playing smart, or cheating?

I've began to love the idea of nuzlocking Emerald and bringing my surviving team to the Battle Frontier, so I'm starting one.

First gym leader first time, and then on my second run I was doing fine with 0 losses until I fought Jupiter who proceeded to wipe out half of my team with her Skuntank. After that I just crumbled and didn't have the motivation to play since my box had legit shit in it that I didn't want to train, like bidoof and the floatzl pre evo (I know nuzlockes are about using shit you wouldn't usually use, which I still enjoy doing but there's still some pokemon I just don't give a fuck about)

Time to reroll my attempt at a Warlocke run. Ran into some problems with my DS emulator, so I will downgrade for less advanced games... with Gameboy Advance.

Warlocke Rules:
1: Standard Nuzlocke Rules. (1 catch per area, Fainting = dead, dupes clause, etc.)
2: Every name has to be war themed. (Military Ranks, vehicles, weapons etc.)
3: May not use healing items on active the Pokemon. (Medics on the front line get shot)
4: May not bring more than 5 of any item after stocking up in shops. (Resources are scarce in war)
5: After the 6th Pokemon is obtained no other Pokemon may be drafted into the squad unless it's to replace a fallen Pokemon. Additional Pokemon are kept in PC as reserves. (Squad sticks together, no man left behind)
6: Be as brooding and cliche as possible when making updates. ("War changes people", "I can still hear their screams", "What are we even fighting for?", "I wish this war would end", etc)

This run has been exactly what I needed, after all thise horrible game overs I've finally made it somewhere.

I just got to Vermilion, so I've got a few catches left before the gym.
I think 4 is my limit for grinding. So I'm phasing out Pichu, for now.
I might have to grind him and the box stuff up a bit later for "owned kanto 'mons" to get Flash.
I'm hella surprised to only have 1 death so far. Though I've had way too many "1 hp close calls."

Why in the name of fuck does 5/6th of Blaine's team have Solar Beam?

It didn't really matter because Calypso the Slowking's Sp. Def is amazing, and I set up with 2 nasty plots, sweeping the entire team except for Magmortar. I got too confident and it cost me two of my best mons.

Also, Electivire's Electric/Fighting type makes no sense. Still 50% weak to Psychic.

The march through without any trouble, though we did deplete our entire supply of potions. Fortunately we made it to Cerulean City and enrolled two new squad members in the process. Ensign Zubat and the Sandshrew Panzer. It's easy to tell that they are inexperienced, but I reckon I can whip them into shape. They will need it.

With the squad complete any other Pokemon will be kept as reserves and will only be called upon in case a squad member is killed. Hopefully that will not happen.

Now it's time to train in order to face Commander Misty and her water forces. I dread what may happen...

The hardest part is being creative to come up with a good looking template, but copying someone's template is fairly easy.

Well, Burgh is down.
Pretty easy gym with a Fire type, but I was actually afraid Burgh's Leavanny would pull off some crits as soon as assssss missed an attack (and he does often, thanks to Hustle).

Difference is top 2 are the first games and the second two are the second games. The difference between Vanilla and Complete is that vanilla doesn't include some changes (Pokemon types and abilities).

I dunno, your options are rather limited. You can try to get ice punch for Timmy. For your 6th, you could take Lickylicky for bulk, or take a gamble with Pidgey and Twister.

Quick update since I just arrived back in Lumiose City after dealing with the badlands. I ended up losing Boomquake to a Dugtrio with a critical magnitude 10 while he was training on Route 13. The route was hell, just for the fact that Dugtrio could outspeed Boomquake, and Arena Trap on everything prevented escape. I switched Heady Topper back in, and he proceeded to shit on Team Flare and evolve in the Power Plant. With that all taken care of, we're back in Lumiose, and getting ready to explore and take out Clemont.

I'm feeling extremely good about my team, I'm at the point in the game where all the deaths give way to a very well balanced team. Froge, Marge, and Sir Garreth are all powerful attackers, with Froge outspeeding everything. Heady is a physical wall, while Plebbit is a special wall. Balloob is pretty fast for a blimp, and has serious HP. Overall It's gonna take some luck, or heavy power, to take these guys out.

For the upcoming gym battle, I'm thinking of taking Heady, Sir Garreth, and Plebbit. Thoughts?

I avenged Noselett the best way I knew how: by winning the Thunder Badge in his honor.

Monique easily disposed of Voltorb and Pikachu (OHKO in the latter), and I switched to Touille for Surge's Raichu. Hyper Fang + Flinching + Hyper Fang (Surge used a Super Potion) + Quick Attack = Thunder Badge!

Now 29 is the level limit for Erika. Luckily I have Britney, Longinus, and my boy Touille.

I beat Jupiter's Skuntank this time, but lost Crashhawk, my Staravia. He was the highest level one I had. Fell INSTANTLY to a OHKO crit Night Slash. I switched to my newest member, Silver the Bronzor and confused it. It hit itself only once, and Silver dropped to ONE HP and landed a Hypnosis. Switched in my Monferno and he was able to win it. Down to four members, but have and Onix and Geodude in the box and got a Skull Fossil on my first dig spot underground.
