groudon kept wiping my team in pic related. Only managed to catch it using Hawlucha's resistance to ground attacks and waiting for it to rest itself. I'd use focus blast twice and throw a ball before it woke up on the 3rd move, problem was that focus blast would crit sometimes because my hawlucha is a fucking champ and I'd have to SR and try again

Well you could have a pokemon with the ability synchronize at the front of your party with the desired nature. There are exceptions though. But I know how you feel, an impish Fug and a gentle Reshiram.
