What would happen if they allowed Pokemon to learn a 5th

They'd probably be called something like Z-Moves

The games would be even easier to sweep.

Smogon would ban a lot more Pokemon as every pokemon would benefit from it but would send a good amount just over the line of being Broken

Starmie would become legitimately broken, rather than just good enough for OU.

If all pokemon get acess to it, I don't think there would be bans, but demotions to lower tiers for those who cant get the full extent of their fifth move. When you have to ban everything at once its easier to remove the few parts that cant measure up
