How would the metagame change if you could have like 12

This weavile OHKOes the majority of OU mons that I can think of, namely Tyranitar, Gengar (duh), Ferrothorn, M-Diancie, Azumarill, Quagsire, M-Scizor, etc.
>Only sure-fire counters are mach punch/bullet punch, talonflame, max physically defensive clefable, rocky helmet ferrothorn/garchomp, and... well those are the ones I could think of.

So yeah 12 mons is definitely too crazy. More because of the possibilities in stall than because of beat up, but still.
