How would the metagame change if you could have like 12 pokemon on a team?

This weavile OHKOes the majority of OU mons that I can think of, namely Tyranitar, Gengar (duh), Ferrothorn, M-Diancie, Azumarill, Quagsire, M-Scizor, etc.

So yeah 12 mons is definitely too crazy. More because of the possibilities in stall than because of beat up, but still.
