I don't think there'll ever really be a new Eevee. It's hard to match up to the success on those furballs.

Personally, I've loved Rockruff since the first time I saw him, but I generally favor canine-inspired pokemon. Except for the Lillipup line.

I REALLY hope that Rockruff's evolution is a large dog like Arcanine, but I wold also be happy with a well-executed werewolf or, as has been rumored, multiple evolutions.
