How do I start up the pokewalker? I've replaced the battery

How do I start up the pokewalker? I've replaced the battery with a CR2032 batter, but it won't turn on? Do I have to hold a button or something? Please help, because the manual isn't.

Did you put the battery in the right position? Maybe it's inverted.

Hold down the center button for a few seconds. If that doesn't work, take the battery out and put it back in.
