My first ever shiny was actually a Pumpkaboo. and although he was really tiny and wasn't much of a fighter, I cherished that little bat baby like the son I never plan on having.

I disagree. Chandelure's regular colors are better in my opinion, though purple is my favorite color so I'm probably biased.

THIS is how you do a shiny pokemon. Most shinies are random recolors of pokemon but golurk's look amazing.

I like the standard purple as well but orange is my favourite color. I also find it amusing that spirit fire becomes just normal fire.

It doesn't look like a ghost at all, and Water/Ghost has the potential to be so much cooler.
