Unfortunately it has no resistances either.
Its got a decent physical set because its only recovery move is Drain Punch (Giga Drain is just awful) but its not the best.
Its not bad, either, and if youre just playing in game even if its pvp (against friends), it's not the worst choice by far. Ive had success with Eelektross,

If you could swap wonder guard onto it, the balloon would then be needed. The only move that could hit it are ground. Balloon could not be popped as all other attacks would get wonder guarded off.

No, not really. How often do you see it used anywhere? Not very often, and there's a reason for that. Shit speed, average bulk and mixed offenses capping at base 115 don't really take you anywhere. All of this is very sad really because it has great movepool and no weaknesses under normal battle conditions so it could be very useful. It's just that everything good about it is ruined by its awful stats.
