No, there are likely going to be a lot of alterations that happen to your Pokemon upon import to make them fit with the new mechanics.

Incidentally, this is exactly why there was never any way to import Pokemon from GSC to RBE, because of all the changes that would need to made during transfer.

Odds are when you designate one of your RBY Pokemon for transfer, what it actually will do is generate a new Pokemon in SM based on the RBY one, copypasting moves, level, experience, OT ID and such.

How they translate IVs and EVs remains to be seen, though.

I have a feeling they'll just set EVs to 0, since it would be far less complicated to do than any possible attempt to translate the mess of the early equivalent of EVs.
IVs might be based on the old values. In RBY, the equivalent of IVs ran from 0-15. The current system is 0-31. Based on my understanding, they could simply just multiply the applicable stats by 2 to generate modern IVs.
