Are there any glitch Pokemon that function basically as normal

Nintendo should remake missingno into a flying/ghost with sky attack and water gun as its main guns. Make it a mythical pokemon

I am guessing Pokebank will at least have checks to make sure the index number is actually that of a valid Pokemon (i.e., no Missingnos or 'Ms). Keep in mind, there are over 100 glitch Pokemon in RBY. I don't think they are going to put in all that extra development work just so people can import literal junk data into the new games.

My hope is that they have one single "glitch" Pokemon, and any junk data is replaced with it upon transfer .I imagine having it somehow use the info from the glitchy critter to influence the stats of the Pokemon that's retrieved would be difficult so they can just assign it random ivs and such. But despite how super popular missingno and glitch mons in general are it feels like Gamefreak have always gone out of their way to avoid any mention of them. Of course it wouldn't make sense to do so in-game or something but even in interviews and such I don't think I've ever really seen them being up those old glitch fellas or their popularity
