What I think is that they're only the codes that allow to have the "seen" tag in the dex, which then allows you to "easily find the mon" as you can look for its inhabitat.

But finding wild starters, or evolved pokémon with convoluted evolution methods ? Unlikely.

So I guess that when they say "Find a Pokemon easily in the wild" it means that you'll be able to see their location in the Pokedex
