How would OU change if, hypothetically, Chansey/Blissey was banned?

I am not saying they are over-centralizing, nor do I actually WANT it to happen, I am just wondering. I think the fact that its existence alone is keeping the usage of both special attackers and other specially defensive mons down. It might be an interesting experiment to have an OU without the pink blob.
