I bring this up a lot, but I want, in addition to levitate, a passive ability similar to contact, sound, punch, etc, where certain Pokémon, like magnezone, will levitate without the levitate skill taking up a slot, so it can keep magnet pull but not be crippled by ground types.

The gengar line will keep the ability so it uses up a move slot, but other Pokémon don't necessarily have that problem

Not overpowered on a competitive level, on a casual one. People enjoy pokemon for the strategic team-building of competitive play, but lots of people enjoy Pokemon as a fun way to relax and unwind. Not that I think the games should be casualized, I personally think that all the hand-holdy "lets go over there together!" bullshit is really stupid and annoying, but these games have to be designed for in-game balance as well. It would be like giving Gyarados lightningrod. Sure, it would make Gyarados more powerful, but it wouldn't make the game better.
